What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you book an appointment with us, when you attend your first appointment and at other times when it is necessary in order to provide you with services or products. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. The information we collect includes telephone numbers, email addresses, social media addresses and information concerning the services that you have had at the salon and the products you have bought. We may also retain information concerning any complaint that you have made and any adverse physical reaction to any product used on you in the salon.
Website usage information is collected using cookies.
We also use CCTV recording at the salon.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to provide services and products to you, to contact you about those services and products and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services and offers we think may be of interest to you. We might also use the information in the provision of staff training and in addressing any legal claim or complaint by you or another and staff disciplinary issues.
We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website.
We may use footage from our CCTV system to investigate matters relevant to legal liability, to investigate potential crimes, to monitor staff discipline, and to investigate customer complaints.

CCTV footage is automatically deleted after a reasonable period of retention, having regard to the legitimate purposes for which it is retained.
